Tips on Juggling?
Does anybody have a good video on how to juggle a soccer ball?
I try and try but it just bounces aways. So Give me Step by step instructions please….it will be highly appreciated ! Please help this newbie by telling him step by step how to juggle. I’m sweating my ass off right now typing this ,cause i just came from my backyard trying to juggle for like an hour. Please help!
Lock your ankle and do light touches, not giant kicks into the sky…….keep your head down. If your just beginning, let it bounce once on the ground, then kick, ground, kick, and so on and so forth. It should get easier from time to time. You can also kick the ball and let it hit the wall then kick the ball again (not inside).
